We visit, in person or by video call, to understand how you use each space, what stays and what can go. About 45 minutes.
Room-by-room planning

Hands-on by a trained team

Do you really serve clients who only speak English?
Yes. You will be served in English from your very first WhatsApp message all the way to the final handover. You do not need to speak any Portuguese.
I have just relocated to São Paulo and my shipment has arrived. Can you unpack and set up my whole home?
Absolutely. Move-in organizing is one of our specialties. We unpack, sort, and set up every room so your new home feels ready and calm from the start.
Do I need to be present during the work?
Not the whole time. We align your preferences and any decisions before we start, then the team works with autonomy and checks in with you for key approvals.
How does confidentiality work inside my home?
Confidentiality is part of the scope, not an optional extra. What is in your home stays between you and Silvana: nothing about your space, your routine, or your belongings is discussed outside the project. No image is published without your authorization, and nothing that identifies the property or the family goes into the portfolio. An NDA is signed before the project starts for clients who require it.
Who enters my home during the project?
The team belongs to Silvana and is trained by her, with no subcontracting and no rotation: the same people from the first to the last day of the project. Silvana supervises the work on site. Your home does not receive strangers on every new work day.
What happens to documents, jewelry, and valuables during the project?
You set aside personal documents and valuables before the session begins, and the team does not handle anything in that category unless you are present. When the project includes silverware, watches, or family heirlooms, the protocol starts with a photographic inventory made together with you, so every piece is recorded before it moves.
