Briefing and lifestyle discovery
Before any box is opened, Silvana meets with you. We learn about your daily routine, your priorities, what frustrates you, and how each member of the household uses each room. This stage defines the entire strategy.
You don't need to arrive with all the answers. Our job is to discover what works for your life.
Move-in planning
Using the briefing information, we define the plan: which rooms take priority, where each item goes, what you may need to purchase, and the order in which the team works.

Do I need to be present during the move-in organization?
It is not required. Many clients hand over the keys in the morning and return in the evening to a fully organized home. If you prefer to follow the process, you are welcome. The result is the same either way.
Does the service include unpacking all the boxes?
Yes, completely. We open every box, organize each item in the right room, and remove all the packaging. You do not need to touch a single box.
How long does a full move-in organization take?
It depends on the size of the property and the scope of the project. Complete projects take an average of 3 to 5 days, depending on size and scope. Larger homes may take a little longer. The exact timeline is estimated during the project assessment.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance. We accept a limited number of projects per month. If your date is approaching, it is worth confirming availability.
